Summer Camp 2.0 Kickoff - first post as a new blogger

I was motivated to take the class because I like the idea of using technology in the classroom in different ways.  I'm excited to see what the class has to offer.  My whole grade level is taking this class, along with tons of my Sunnyside colleagues!  I also like the fact that we get to do the "work" online and not have to go to class all the time! :)

I don't have any specific expectations about what to learn in Summer Camp 2.0.  I'm hoping that I learn about technology that I'll use in my first grade class!

I feel comfortable with technology and using technology.  If I don't know something, I like to figure out how to do it.  I don't have a ton of technology in my classroom... we do have an ipad and I use my doc camera/slate/projector frequently.
